HFF started out as an idea. Simply; “would it be fun to attend a film screening and not know what you’re going to see?”

The answer was wonderful. Yes. It was fun. In fact the festival has travelled the world, thrilling audiences in America, Canada, France, Ireland and has now found its home at the British Museum. Home of the curated and curious. 

The experience of walking into the museum after dark and wandering down into the incredible cinema underneath the main atrium is truly an adventure in and of itself.

So if you would like to come and explore some films… or a film… who knows….
